WM Codd was contracted by BH Construction Co. Ltd for the installation of a 121 ft (37m) Alimak Lift Structure at Keadby Power Station.

The structure featured four lift access platforms and was installed using a crane and mobile elevating work platform (MEWP).

Despite challenging conditions caused by Storm Amy’s high winds and driving rain, our team completed the project safely and efficiently — demonstrating WM Codd’s commitment to precision, reliability, and performance on every site.

The lift structure was fully fabricated in-house at WM Codd within just two weeks, showcasing our ability to deliver complex, large-scale steelwork projects to tight deadlines without compromising quality.
